Analysis of the multifunctional complex's concept
The project with the total area 114 700 sq.m. was on the final stage of construction. Office space occupies the biggest part of the project, on the lower floors was planned to organise shopping facilities.
Cushman & Wakefield start working on this project in 2009.The main aim of the project was the adjustment of the internal zoning of the premises in order to create an optimal structure for leasing of office and retail space. During our work we analyze characteristics of location, office and retail market situation and give several recommendations on optimization of planning solutions and architecture project.
We made several recommendations concerning office part of the project and suggest possible alternatives how to organize this premises in better way. For retail space we made a concept and found out recommendations concerning internal zoning.
