The Solution

Step 1: Sales Team of Cushman & Wakefield held a marketing campaign aimed on search of potential buyers, who can consider this project for the own purposes and companies who can consider it as an investment asset.

Step 2: A potential profitability of this project was calculated as a part of investment model.

Step 3: Negotiations were held with several investment companies consequently business centre was sold for the company which offer the most attractive commercial terms.

The Results

Presently the object is an active leasing stage on behalf of the new owner.
