“Microsoft Rus” became a new tenant of White Gardens office center in Moscow

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm, has announced a new tenant in White Gardens. Microsoft Rus has leased 1,707 sq.m. for its Microsoft Technology Center. The center is a unique technological space used for conducting company product presentations and educational programs. Cushman & Wakefield supervised the deal. Microsoft Rus plans to move into the new outfitted offices in January 2014.

White Gardens office center consists of two brand new Class A buildings located in the neighbourhood of Belorusskaya Metro. White Gardens has 63,750 sq. m. of space in total and is distinguished by efficient layouts, superb accessibility, central location, and an efficient technical specification that meet the highest international standards. It has 5 levels of underground parking with 960 parking places.

The investor and project developers are AIG/Lincoln, Coalco, VTB Capital, and TPG Holdings. The buildings is managed by AIG/Lincoln.
