New Promotions at Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest private real estate consulting firm, has announced promotions of the following employees. The title of Associate was received by Diana Mirzoyan (Land dep.), Ekaterina Sinitsyna (Warehouse and Industrial dep.), Elena Bushmina (Warehouse and Industrial dep.), Joshua Askew (Valuation dep.), Carmen Mastiev (office real estate sale and acquisition dep.), Lada Belaychuk (Research dep.), Alsu Zianshina (Marketing dep.), Alexey Tretiachenko (Informational Technology dep.), and Evgeniya Popova (Human Resources dep.). Additionally, Ilya Kouznetsov was promoted to Deputy Head of Development Consultancy department and Oleg Takoev (Valuation dep.) to a Director.

Diana Mirzoyan, now Associate of Land Department, joined Cushman & Wakefield as a consultant in 2007. Previously Diana worked in METRO Group and United Nations. She recently received client recognition for her great performance - Shell Retail Pinnacle Award.

Ekaterina Sinitsyna, now a Associate of Warehouse and Industrial Department, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. She began her career in Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008 first in St Petersburg and then in Moscow.

Elena Bushmina, now Associate of Warehouse and Industrial Department, began her career in Cushman & Wakefield in 2007. Prior to that, she had 5 years experience in large multinational corporations in the sphere of operational logistics.

Joshua Askew, now Associate of Valuation department is a certified specialist and has wide ranging international experience in the sphere of valuation. He worked with large volume of various assets in Great Britain, Germany, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and Russia. He appraised various types of real estate in Russia and CIS over four years and was head of appraisal department in DTZ in Russia and King Sturge in Turkey. Joshua works in Cushman & Wakefield since end of 2011.

Kermen Mastiev, now Associate at Office Real Estate Sale and Acquisition department, has worked in the sphere of commercial real estate since 2000. Since 2003 he worked and then headed sales and acquisitions department in Knight Frank. Since 2007 he took same responsibility in Collier’s International. Carmen joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010.

Lada Belaychuk, now Associate at Research department, has more than 15 years experience in the area of research and analysis concerning various fields (IT, finance, real estate) of which 6 were spent in Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, Lada did fundamental research in Keldishin Institute of Applied Mathematics. She then worked in Home Credit & Finance Bank as head of market analysis group (2003-2006). Lada joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 and specializes in understanding the markets of office and retail real estate. She works with such clients as VTB Capital, VTB Arena, Sberbank, Snegiri, Alfa Group, Citi Group, PWC, TNK BP, VIMPELCOM, Total, Shell, EBRD, METRO Group, DekMos, Hines, AIG/Lincoln, Hals Development, KR Properties, and Forum Properties.
Alsu Zianshina, now Associate Director of Marketing department, has 10 years of experience in the sphere of marketing communications, public relations, and real estate. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010. Previously she was head of public relations department in Magazin Magazinov.

Oleg Takoev, now Director at Valuation Department, began his career in Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as a junior consultant. He has experience in real estate market of Moscow and Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, and Krasnoyarsk. He worked with such clients as Lenta, Atrium European Real Estate, Uniastrum Bank/Bank of Cyprus, Legion Development, GK Ten Development, Bashneft, Eurohypo AG, GK Nezavisimost, Kvartstroy, GK PIK, and others.

Evgeniya Popova, now Associate Director of human resources department, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007. She started her career in Schlumberger and Shell (Salym Petroleum BV) in Moscow.

Ilya Kouznetsov, now Deputy Head of Development Consultancy, has over 12 years experience in the area of strategic consulting. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 Ilya was the Head of consulting department in Magazin Magazinov. Some of the large projects he worked on was analyzing potential development of commercial real estate within the framework of Moscow Ring Railroad Project, conceptualizing development on the territory of National Center of Avioproduction, strategies for development of Domodedovo Airport. IIya advises such companies as Krost, Ferrostroy, Millhouse, Midland.
