Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest private real estate firm, announced new promotions. Nadezhda Folina joined the retail real estate department as a senior director. Oleg Skosyrskih joined capital markets department as a senior consultant.
Until joining Cushman & Wakefield, Nadezhda Folina worked at Kixbox LLC Mocow company in the role of vice-chairwoman and developed effective implementation of business decisions, with particular focus on effective search for chain expansions, chain development, attraction of new brands for distribution, and analysis of resulting sales. Before that, Nadezhda was a senior director of strategic consulting and valuation department at Glaverbel Vostok. Nadezhda is a graduate of Finance Academy of the Russian Federation and has a degree in Corporate Finance and Finance Management. As part of the Cushman & Wakefield team, Nadezhda will oversee renting out key company projects, “Mitino Park” among them.
Oleg Skosyrskih joined Cushman & Wakefield in the role of senior consultant in capital markets department. Before then, he worked for 2 years in real estate firm Jones Lang LaSalle and took part in major investment deals such as acquisition of office center “Lesnaya Plaza” and realization of warehouse portfolio FF&P. Earlier, Oleg worked in investment holding company Kvartstroy in the role of analyst for investment questions and GUTA Group, as a senior analytic where he implemented due diligence procedures of new projects and prepared investment recommendation for company board of directors. Oleg is a graduate of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Management and has a PhD in Finance.
