Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, is glad to announce new International and Russian tenants in a new shopping and entertainment center “Crystal” in Tyumen. The leasing contacts were signed with LPP (2500 sq.m.) and its brands Reserved, House, Mohito и Cropp Town, Russian children goods retailer “ Detskiy Mir” (1500 sq.m), Mango (824 sq.m) , Sportmaster (1800 sq.m) ), O’stin (533 sq.m).
“Crystal” is the largest shopping centre in Tyumen, which is located on intersection of Shirotnaya and Melnikayte. Total area of the project is 100 000sq.m., GLA is 75 000 sq.m. Developer of the project is “Stroyproject”, Cushman & Wakefield is an exclusive leasing consutant. At the moment practically 97% of the GLA has been already leased.Among anchor tenants are Auchan, which has been operating since February 2013, Leroy Merlin, Cinema Kinomax, MVideo. The project will be a home 180 brands including 7 stores of Inditex Group: Zara, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Stradivarius, Zara Home and Massimo Dutti.
A new shopping centre is planned to be opened in November 2013, and fit-out works are started by many tenants including Cinema Kinomax, MVideo, Terranova and brands of Inditex Group.
