Now the situation has changed and new office buildings have been built. Within all new centers Lotte Business Center is the only building that has location next to the metro-station, which is a great advantage for tenants. Besides location, BC Lotte attracts tenant seeking efficient layouts and a professional project team.“
Jeff Lupinacci, HR Director, Eastern Europe at Kimberly-Clark, commented on the Moscow office move: “According to the World’s Best Multinational Workplaces rating 2012* run among best international employers, Kimberly-Clark was ranked #4. This award became a recognition of our success in creating a unique corporate culture which is based on our social responsibility, concern for our employees welfare and their personal development. The Company’s Moscow office relocation is another step to build a special working environment based on trust, cooperation and creativity. We are confident that the opportunities provided by the Lotte Business Centre will allow us to implement all our bright ideas to make a Great Place to Work in our new office.”
Irina Khoroshilova, National Director, Corporate Solutions, Jones Lang LaSalle Russia & CIS, noted: “Nowadays tenants’ workplace strategy aims at costs saving and improvement of the office quality. There is always an option: to pay high rent for a centrally located office or to optimize expenses by moving outside of the Garden Ring to a modern high-quality building. While searching for premises for the Kimberly-Clark Eastern Europe headquarters in Moscow, our main task was to reach a balance in the rental price and asset quality – which we delivered to the client with the Lotte BC deal. In the new office the Company will be able to implement the project of the comfortable and friendly office environment with more areas for employees’ collaboration and communication. Kimberly-Clark office relocation is scheduled for the beginning of 2014.”
