Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm, is glad to announce that it was appointed as project manager for the first Wilo’s plant construction in Russia. It will be constructed on the territory of techno park DegaClusterNoginsk and will consist of manufacturing, technical, logistics and administrative departments. total area of the future project will be 16 000 sq.m. Groundbreaking ceremony will be held on the 17th of September. It is planned that all the construction works will be finished in 2015-2016. Construction of the plant will create about 400 new work positions.
Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for conceptual design, engineering services, oversee construction and fit-out works until obtaining delivery certificate. Construction of the plant Wilo will be conducted in accordance with green standards LEED.
