Cushman & Wakefield is the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm is glad to announce new promotions of Evgeny Popov and Semyon Yurchenko, who was promoted to Partners.

Evgeny Popov started his career in Cushman & Wakefield in 2002, and now leading Development Consultancy Team as Head of the department. During his work in consultancy sphere Evgeny implemented more than 60 projects of commercial real estate with a total investment value of over 5.5 billion. Under his leadership, the Development Consultancy Department strengthened its market position and increased revenue by 40%.

Semyon Yurchenko started his career in Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as a Project Manager in a Project Management Department. Today Semyon is a Head of Regional Projects Team and Asset Management Department. Semyon’s portfolio include projects with Verny Capital Partners in Almaty, Deloitte, World Bank and LG Electronics in Kiev, GE Energy in Saint-Petersburg, Dupont and 3M in Yekaterinburg, Aton and Lukoil in Nizhniy Novgorod, asset management of Actor Gallery in Moscow and others. Moreover Semyon is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
