Cushman & Wakefield, the largest privately held consulting company, announces signing the lease with Decathlon - hypermarkets chain of sporting goods. Decathlon 5 200 sq.m. store in Columbus will become the seventh store in Moscow chain.
Сolumbus is a new generation shopping center with a strong entertainment component. Columbus (total area - 277,000 sq. m., rentable area - 136 000 sq. m.) is located in the highly populated district near the metro station. Opening of Columbus is planned for November 2014. LLC "MIRS" is the developer of the project. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive consultant. The concept of Columbus was designed by the Dutch architectural company C Concept Design.
There will be more than 300 stores and 25 restaurants in Columbus. The major anchor tenants are - OK hypermarket (8,500 sq. m.) , electronics hypermarket M Video (2100 sq. m.) and also 15 screen cinema Kinomax (the second largest in the network of movie theaters ). The Unique fashion-gallery (total area 70,000 sq. m.) will include such leading international and Russian brands: C & A, Mango, Snow Queen, Lady & Gentleman, Karen Millen, Coast, Warehouse, Fred Perry, Adidas Originals, Terranova, Calliope, BHS, Adidas Brand Center, Nike, Reebok, O'Stin, Sportmaster, Puma. 9.5 meters height facades allow retailers to organize two-level stores with panoramic windows.
