The Kaspersky Lab office project has won the prestigious Best Office Award in the category “Comfort and Ergonomics”. Cushman & Wakefield acted as project manager.
Kaspersky Lab appointed Cushman & Wakefield to project manage the fit-out works for its new office in early 2011. The office of 29 847 sq.m. is located on the “Olympia Park” business complex in Moscow. The project took nearly 2 years to complete and Kaspersky Lab took occupation of building in the beginning of 2013.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team provided a range of services including organizing and managing the office design and fit-out, the procurement of equipment and furniture and the management of the move itself.
“The goal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team was to convert Shell & Core premises into a convenient and contemporary office with innovative design to support the Kaspersky Lab brand and corporate culture”, according to Maxim Sibiryakov, Deputy Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team.
