Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately held commercial real estate services firm announces that Mikhail Mindlin, Head of Office Group, Russia has been promoted to Equity Partner.

Mikhail joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2008 with responsibility for leading the office sales and acquisitions team, which subsequently became one of the most successful and profitable departments of the firm. In 2012 Mikhail was promoted to Head of Office Group, with responsibility for office leasing, sales, acquisitions and occupier services.

Mikhail has extensive experience in commercial real estate, advising on many large leasing, sales and acquisitions transactions. He advised on notable office transactions such as the sale of the Horus portfolio (the largest deal of 2010 by CRE Award), the sale of the 30 000 sq.m Alfa Arbat Center to PNS Group and the sale of the 30 000 sq.m Legion 2 Phase 2 building. Mikhail is a trusted advisor of O1 Properties, Gals Development, Snegiri Development, PSN Group, Capital Group, Sberbank, Praktika Development and MR Group.
