The World Trade Center Transit Hub, featuring the unique architecture of Santiago Calatrava, is expected to be completed in Spring, 2015.    The Transit Hub will provide a central location and convenient weather enclosed access from 11 subway lines and PATH to One World Trade Center from anywhere in the New York metropolitan area.    The Hub’s central hall, features an operable skylight spine and a floor that extends more than 100 yards (91 m) in its longest dimension that will house the greatest point of concentration for the 450,000 sf (41,806 sqm) of shops and restaurants of Westfield World Trade Center that will be available at full completion, including Apple, Hugo Boss and Disney among many other internationally known brands. Cushman & Wakefield is the co-exclusive leasing agent for One World Trade Center’s 3 M sf (282,255 sqm) of office area.
