Vodny Shopping Center welcomes two new sports brands, Reebok and Adidas, to the second floor gallery of their new project in North-West Moscow. Cushman & Wakefield acted as the exclusive leasing agent.
“Vodny” Shopping Center is part of a mixed-use Class A center, being built close to Lenigradskoe Shosse in Moscow, between Kronshtadtskiy Boulevard and Golovisnkoe Shosse, the first phase of which has a total area of 166,300 sq.m. The mixed-use center also includes a 28 floor office building and residential apartments. The general contractor of the project is Renaissance Construction.
Mixed use center “Vodny” occupies a good location with good transport accessibility: the nearest metro station “Vodny Stadium” is situated within 2 minutes walking distance and there is also convenient access to the main roads. The Shopping Center will have two main entrances close to the underground station.
“Vodny” Shopping Center, with a total area of 50,000 sq. m and leasable area of 32,200 sq. m, includes 120 shopping units, including O’KEY, H&M and Kinomax. The separate multilevel parking can accommodate more than 850 cars. “Vodny” Shopping Center’s completion is planned for 21st August 2014.
