Developer Nordstar Development has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive consultant of their new shopping center project situated on Zvenigorodskoe Shosse near the Third Transport Ring. The total area of the project will be 260 000 sq.m., with a leasable area of 100 000 sq.m. The construction will commence in Q1,2015 and will be completed in 2017. The center will accommodate 3000 car parking spaces.

The shopping center will incorporate a completely new approach to the organization of retail space, housing unusual and diverse facilities for shopping and leisure behind extraordinary exteriors to make it the destination of choice for active urbanites seeking a unique customer experience.

The shopping center will be built in a new residential zone and, it is estimated will be visited by 3 to 5 million people on average every month.
