CJSC “MC “Dynamo”, part of the VTB Group, announces the launch of office space at the landmark Moscow real estate project, “VTB Arena Park.” Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive project consultants for the office real estate project.
“VTB Arena Park” is one of the most exciting urban development projects that is currently under construction in Moscow. Spanning 32 hectares, the following buildings will be constructed at the site: the central “Dynamo” stadium and the “Arena Park” city block, which will include 13 buildings — the “Dynamo” headquarters, the “Hyatt Regency Moscow” hotel, “Petrovsky Park,” apartments, and three class “A” office buildings.
The first stage involves the opening of two buildings — a 12-storey office buildings with an area of 7500 square meters and 8500 square meters. These two buildings will be put into operation in the beginning of 2016. The second stage of the project — a 24-story building with 33,900 square meters — has a planned completion date of 2017.
“VTB Arena Park” is located only five minutes by car from the historic center of Moscow, and is in close proximity to the intersection of Moscow's 3rd Ring Road and Leningrad Prospect. The Project is also only two minutes by foot from the “Dynamo” metro station, as well as “Petrovsky Park” (which is currently under construction). The “Petrovsky Park” station will connect the city's Dynamo region to the Moscow City business center.
“The launch of office spaces at “VTB Arena Park” marks a new stage in implementing one of Moscow's most significant real estate development projects. Over the last year, the Project has won almost all of the prestigious development awards. It is important to note that this project is not simply office spaces, instead it is a comprehensive city area for active, modern life. This conveniently coincides with the launch of business activity, which gives additional commercial viability to the project. We believe that our proposal is highly competitive and we are ready to negotiate,” stated Ekaterina Gurieva, the Sales Director for “VTB Arena Park.”
“VTB Arena Park” is an extremely ambitious project — in fact, there are no comparable projects on the Moscow market. The city block infrastructure — such as the park and sports facilities—coupled with the monumental architecture design and large front windows clearly differentiates this project from anything else on the Russian real estate market. Based on the strong business reputations of the companies that are involved in implementing “VTB Arena Park, there is no doubt about the project's high quality or its ultimate commercial success,” commented Sergey Riabokobylko, Managing Partner, Cushman & Wakefield.
