Business center “Leninskiy Prospekt 119” – developed by Austrian company Raiffeisen evolution, is the first project in Moscow to be certified by «blue» standard DGNB / OEGNI. The high-quality project provides ready-to-move solutions and a conformable atmosphere for tenants. “Leninskiy Prospekt 119” is situated near the newly build “Troporevo” metro station which will open by the end of the year. Shuttle buses from metro “Yugo-Zapadnaya” connect to the business center every 10-15 minutes.

Irina Kuzlichenkova, Head of Sales and Marketing at Raiffeisen evolution, comments: “We are pleased to see that KNAUF Insulation value the location of the center in the park zone and quality of the fit-out in the office space. We welcome them as a new tenant”.
