CINEMA PARK federal chain is opening a multiple-screen cinema in Tau Gallery. New concept suggests usage of advanced technologies assuring high quality sound and visuals as well as separated theme recreation zones. 8 cinema halls with 1 624 seats, including large Premiere hall with 400 seats, tremendous screen and Real D -Luxe – DolbyAtmos technology, RELAX VIP hall, as well as a cinema-bar and a coffee-bar will occupy the area of 4000 sq m. The cinema will be opened in 2015. Cushman & Wakefield advised on the transaction.

CINEMA PARK is the largest federal cinema chain and the absolute market leader. The first cinema of the chain was opened in Moscow in 2004. At present the company runs 30 cinemas (281 digital halls, including 16 IMAX halls, 7 4DX halls; 53 655 seats), located in 18 cities of Russia. Cinema in Tau Gallery will be the second biggest one in the city and the largest one introducing the new concept with unique design.

Tau Gallery mall – is the largest modern retail and entertainment center in Saratov region which is now on its final construction stage. Total area of the mall is 100 000 sq m. Auchan hypermarket, M.Video e-store, Detsky Mir, Sportmaster, modern fashion gallery, children recreation zone and kids stores, an area with quality food-courts and cafes will be presented here as well. Expected footfall is to be 30 000 guests daily. Tau Gallery is expected to open in Q3 2015. Interior finishing works are in progress; retail premises are now being disposed to tenants as well.

TDS Saratov corporation is a project developer and investor. British Air Design agency was in charge of the brand development. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive marketing and leasing consultant.
