Both project are now under construction.
The Kutuzovsky Gallery shopping center is located at one of the major transport arterial roads of Moscow, Kutuzovsky prospect, near the Slavyansky Boulevard metro station. Project will introduce a supermarket (3,100 sq m), multi-screen movie theatre with premiere hall (5,000 sq m), household appliance and electronic shop, kids supermarket store, retail gallery offering more than 200 shops of major international and Russian brands, the restaurants. The shopping center has underground parking with 1,100 parking lots. The catchment area reaches about 2 mln people. Passenger flow at Slavyansky Boulevard metro station amounts to about 45 500 people.
The mall at Khoroshevskoe highway is located in a walking distance from Polezhaevskoe metro station. The mall concept suggests a supermarket (3,100 sq m), a multiscreen movie theatre, household appliance and electronic shop, kids supermarket, retail gallery with more than 200 shops as well, fitness center, restaurants and food court, the underground parking designed for 800 parking lots. At present catchment area of the mall embraces 1.3 mln people. Khoroshevskoe metro station is planned to be developed in 100 m distance from the mall.
