Dixy Group, one of the largest Russian retailers, and PNK Group, the company specializing on the industrial projects, have signed the agreement on the development of built-to-suit distribution project. Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest real estate services firms, was designated to advise on the deal.

The center with total area of 55,121 sq m is now under construction within the Territory of PNK-Severnoe-Sheremetyevo Park located at Rogachevskoe highway, 27 km away from MKAD. The whole complex will comprise of warehouse for alcoholic products, area with temperature control for keeping fruits and vegetables, as well as for milk food, deep-freeze chamber, offices, the separate motor repair base etc.

The center is developed in compliance with the standards of FM Global, one of the world’s largest insurance companies which sets the most strict rules for industrial development, and the standards developed by PNK Group. The total area of the park comprises 397 855 sq m which include offices and warehouse areas, and 162 608 sq m are already realized.

This is not the first common project of Dixy and PNK Group. In 2011 the companies entered into agreement on built-to-suit project development as well. Warehouse complex with total area of 44 000 sq m is located at the territory of PNK-Vnukovo project. Cushman & Wakefield advised the deal as well.
