Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest real estate services firms, announces that Ekaterina Zemskaya, a Partner, was appointed to the position of head of Retail department. Ekaterina also was appointed to the European Retail Board of C&W.
Ekaterina has 12 years’ experience in real estate services and is a recognized expert on market. She joined C&W in 2012 as a partner and the Head of Retail Agency. Prior to this, she had been working for Jones Lang LaSalle at the key position of National Director, Head of Shopping Centre Leasing. Ekaterina developed numerous large-scale retail projects in Moscow as well as in various regions of Russia including Vodny in Moscow, Gallery and Leto in Saint-Petersburg, Royal Park in Novosibirsk, Crystal in Tyumen, Tau Gallery in Saratov.

The department led by Ekaterina renders full range of retail services including marketing and lease, strategic planning and concept development, support of international retailers on entry of Russian market, investment deals support etc. As a head of the department, Ekaterina is responsible for development of Cushman & Wakefield business in Russia.
