Cushman & Wakefield Russia has made three key appointments to its Warehouse & Industrial department.

Alexandra Selezneva joins Cushman & Wakefield as Associate and Deputy Head of Warehouse & Industrial, Dmitry Abyzov as a Director and Darya Marfina as a Consultant. All three join from Colliers International

As Head of Warehouse & Industrial at Colliers International, Alexandra Selezneva created one of the strongest teams in the Russian market. She worked on numerous prominent deals including the sale of Oriflame industrial and distribution complex in Krasnogorsk, as well as multiple built-to-suit projects for X5 Retail Group, Auchan and Billa.

Her clients include major Russian and international companies including Faurecia, Univeg Logistics (FM Logistic-Fresh), Bosch and Siemens Household Appliances Group (BSH Group), Stockman and Mir Instrumenta. Alexandra conducted projects in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Tula, Kaluga, Togliatti and Alabuga.

With more than 11 years’ experience in industrial and logistics, Dmitry Abyzov has represented owners as well as potential buyers and tenants, supported consignment deals, lease and acquisition of warehouse and industrial complexes and land. He was Associate Director at Colliers Warehouse & Industrial and has advised major Russian and international companies including Oriflame, Toyota, Centos, Leroy Merlin, Akzo Nobel, Wincor Nixdorf, Real, X5 Retail Group, Wimm Bill Dann, Russky Svet and Miratorg.  

Darya Marfina has structured deals with Moscow and regional developers, handled client lending as well as holding tenders on consignment. Darya has participated in negotiations with Х5 Retail Group, О’Key, Netto, Unicum, Orimi Trade, Big Box, Polushka, Miratorg and Simple and created a database of multi-temperature, cold storage and freezing warehouse units. She has more than four years’ experience in the sector, having also worked for Apriori Development Group.
